As I write this blog tears are really falling down my face. Running down like a waterfall that never stops, my night top is all wet, a box of tissue was completely used. WHY? It's because my favorite cousin, my other big sister and my young mother just passed away this morning due to heart failure at the age of 39.She was diagnosed of rheumatic heart disease when she was 13 and that she won't reach 30 years old that's what the doctor said. And for that she really lived her life to the fullest. Her motto was "Better do everything now and die young but happy". Her family was so supportive of her even if they know that most of her way were unusual.
She was not allowed to take alcohol but she did so. She wasn't allowed to smoke but she did so. She was a party animal when she reached 18 til her 20's. I often call her "my glamorous sister with brains" because she really was. She loved to dressed up and wore RED lipstick while reading a book. You could smell her perfume 10 meters away. That's MARIE, that's my cuz.
She was the comedian in the family together with my real sister. She introduced me to gay lingo. She was my buddy. She took me with her when I didn't have a place to go. She supported me to all my ambitions. She's the first one to ask me what would I like to take up when I graduated high school. She's my sister at heart.
Did I tell you that she also risk her life just to be a mother to my godson Aaron? Oh yes, she did. She wanted to be a mom before she goes that's what she told me.Aaron was born in 1993. Then she said she's happy. She changed everything. stopped her vices and just because a MOM to her only child. But luck was taken away from her soon. She again suffered few attacks even if she already had pacemaker. Last month she was rushed to the hospital. I regret that I wasn't able to visit her as my side of the family was also in a brink of something.
Today, when I got a text message from her elder sister saying Marie's gone and I really don't know how to react on it. I think I'm too late. And I'm so so sorry I wasn't there for her when she needed me. I really am SORRY......
I guarantee that the whole clan and friends would really mourn because of her passing. This will be a great deal of a loss to us.

Flying from one place to another is not just exciting. Most of us look forward to roam around the place, do some sight seeing, hit shopping area ASAP and for some meeting new friends is a bonus. For me, it's not just all these that I look forward to. I also look forward to where I'm going to dwell for a short period of time. Will I be sleeping on the couch like I sometimes do at my sisters' place. Will I be sleeping in a dodgy room where the facilities are just one step away from each other? Or will I be sleeping on a nice comfortable bed that would allow me to toss and turn all night long without kicking my hubby out of the bed. =)
No I'm not weird, I just love taking pictures of the hotel I'm in, which my hubby finds it unusual. He said we were only here for a short period of time and that there've been much nicer hotels that we went too and yet I still love taking pictures of the rooms I get in. Hmmm.... I haven't told him this but for me this is where I leave most of my marks, most of the intimate time and most of all it's where I can be me. That's why I love to take a piece of that memory with me. (I only took pictures not anything else! hahahaha)
Remember me posting pictures of the hotel in Kobe, Yokohama,Seoul, Pusan, Manila, Palawan, Cebu, Edinburgh, London, France and everywhere else I've been to? Ooops! Maybe not here but in my multiply site. =P But still right? hihihihi!!!
Now, I give you the new GRAND MILLENUM in Beijing, China.
The king size bed I truly fell in love with.
Plasma TV cum computer monitor.=)
The tub and the granite sink I wish I could have someday.
Nice clean smoked glass where it conceals a triple shower and the majestic toto loo.
Spacious closet for me and hubby and also an office table where I'm doing my blog now. hahaha!!!
There you go. Another one of the things I love to remember.

This is a great book to know about the secret beauty regiments of the stars like Catherine Zeta Jones, Jennifer Aniston, Paris Hilton, Charlize Theron, Cameron Diaz,Mariah Carey, Kelly Ripa, Scarlette Johansson and all the other A-lister around Hollywood. From high end brands to DIY regiments that they use everyday or even before the big walk to the red carpet. Amazing isn't it. Oh and Even their personal Make up Artist's have their say on this one.

I miss the day when I was young and every time I got sick my sister or my mom would look after me. I thought those days were gone. Gone were the days that somebody would look after me, asked me If was okay, feed me and will and check out on me from time to time.
But Alas! I'm so lucky I was married to a very SWEET MAN. It' has been days that I've been having LBM.(and you know how it is to have this don't you) And been coming in and out of the LOO for not just a couple of times but a few times in a day or even a few at night. huhuhu!!!
Because of this, hubby was so considerate enough to help me make dinner and do the shopping though he managed to buy expensive fruits than we usually bought in the grocery and that was because he didn’t look at the marks that say ORGANIC. hihihihi!!!!! But that was okay for me at least he took some time off to do these things for me. (I'm so FLATTERED Kuno).Talandi ako! kilig ako eh.
Then last night he did the same thing he bought food for us so I don't have to cook anymore. He got me a donut, soup and a plain macaroni with sauce on the side just in case I don't like the sauce daw . O di ba? Tweeet!!!
You know what?t At the end of the day I could say that, I don't miss my mom anymore or I'm no longer bothered that my mom or my sister were not around to look after me. That's because I've got hubby just right beside me.
Thank you Mahal ko for being so kind and so patient!!

It's been a long time since I made a blog and album or anything about make up. And so here I am giving it another go.
Today i would like to introduce to you my FOTD/ EOTD using mineral make called BEAUTE MINERALS. I got their sample a long time ago but haven't done any test run yet. The product is oil free,Oil-free,Paraben-free,Talc-free,Fragrance-free,Filler-free, Non-comedogenic (does not clog pores),Hypoallergenic (does not irritate sensitive skin). The eye shadows are so pigmented that I have to scrub it off from my hand because I put a little too much on the brush and so I tried to dab it first on to the back of my hand before applying. and here is the effect.
EOTD:BE bisque, Mac beige-ing shade stick, Beaute Mineral PK 302 eyeshadow, Beaute Mineral GR 201,kate black gel liner
Face: BE medium beige foundation,BE Warm Radiance, MAC Ambering Rose, Red Earth c1171 lipstick
My Verdict: The eye shadows are really nice. It doesn't crease and stayed longer than I thought. Also highly pigmented that a little goes a long way.I love it!!!

Long time no blog!!!
Been so busy for the past few weeks and wasn't able to blog for a long time the last time was Dec. 8 !Gravers!
My Schedule was so hectic that I needed to finish my Christmas shopping in just two days!I was really in chaos before I left forPhilippines and at the same time flat broke. I magine I have to go shopping with only a few thousand HK dollars on hand and I can't go to the night market! Grrr!

Anyways, our trip to Philippines was very successful thought I haven't seen any of my friends. Sorry for that guys. I promise I will see you on January when I get back. Back to my christmas holiday. Cameron and I came in to Philippines on the 23rd and we were picked up at the airport by my sister and her family to go straight to Pangasinan. The trip up north was not that bad but we still took it for 6 hours and we were all tired when we got to the house. Good thing mom has already prepared everything when we got there and all we need to do is to eat, chat and sleep.
The following morning we decided to roam around the town. We went to visit the Virgin of Manaoag and lit a candle. We Thanked her for letting us come into her place for everytime Cameron and I attempted to go there the place was jam packed with people from all over the place. And you can't even see the virgin. This time it was so quiet and so solemn. I was able to pray silenty to her. After the church visitation we all went to grandma' s empty beach, walked around a little bit and got some fresh air. Then we visited my Grandma house in San Fabian. After a little chat we all decided to roam around for more.
At the last minute we decided to ask eldest brother Ralph to join us in celebrating the Christmas in Pozorrubio. This the first time in 10 years that the 4 of us celebrated christmas together.

The party finished at around 4am. The four of us chatted for a long time reminicing the old days and the old things that the 4 of us used to do. We are so happy that now we are all here.
The 25th of December was always a Christmas party with the whole family and realtives. every year we are celebrating our reunion with our relatives on my mother side. Waaah! Most of them came in early where as the party should start at dinner time! But that fine everyone enjoyed themselves anyway. We haven't prepared so much for lunch but good thing our cousins brought lots of food with them. fresh milk fish which we then broiled, local veggies which we cooked in fish sauce and green mangoes. Yummy! I'm still salibvating while writing this.
Then the rest of the gang arrived in no time. Videoke was a really big thing since my whole family love to sing. My brother and I rendered them a nice some songs. then the microphone starts rolling. Imagine from the oldies to the youngest 3 years old kid can sing! We had our parlor games. Singing contest( kids), boom tarat tarat dancing contest (adults), statue dance(kids & adults), trip to shoot(adults), newspaper dance( for couples) and the usual pabitin for kids. We also had a little bit o a diso where my eldest brother cried out loud because he was so happy!

The party ended at around 9:30pm. Whew!I think this is one of the best Chritmas ever for all of us.
Lovely day!

After a long day of errands and putting up a Christmas tree I woke up this morning so late. Had My breakfast and log on to the computer. Until suddenly my doorbell rang. And this is handed to me. The guys said "here is a gift for you". I was taken aback when he said that I thought he's courting me or something. But no not at all of coarse because this guy is one of the many staff of the building and he's just handling me a gift from the management.

yummy!!!

Then I remember I have to prepare to leave and help out on the yearly celebrated Bake Alaska at Zethland Hall.
Every year Freemasons in Hong Kong would celebrate Bake Alaska and sponsor 3 orphanage houses to feast with them at their so called Zethland Hall.

Lina, Aunt Sallie and I

Then the kids from the orphanage arrived and the whole place became alive!!!

We serve them with some sausages, chips, chicken nuggets and goodies. These are the things that they don't get to taste everyday. Soda is so popular to these children that some of them really brought bottles to fill in to bring to their place to be consumed later. Also some of them pose for pictures with me.

This is the little boy is so meek and shy when first saw him but when he got his present from Santa. He posed for me. Isn't he the cutest?

and this boy feels like going to a masquerade.

And one is a girl who showed me her new ring and asks me to take a picture of her. And I gladly did.

Here is Santa, the thinnest Santa the kids and I has ever seen but there's the catch he can speak cantonese and license to kill (he's a police man actually).

Overall, all the children are happy to leave the hall with lots of goodies and memories to bring back to the orphanage.

Bye kids thank you for spending a day with us!!!
